Lamberts® MagAsorb® is providing 300mg of pure magnesium per tablet.

Magnesium is an important mineral that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to maintaining normal muscle function, including the heart muscle. Magnesium is also increasingly recognised as a nutrient that contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

These easily swallowed effervescent tablets offer a pleasant lemon flavor.

Tableted with: Citric Acid, Carbonate Magnesium, Acidity Regulators: Sodium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Moisturizer: Sorbitol, Oxide Magnesium, Inulin, Flavor Enhancer, Anti-Caking Agent (Calcium Phosphate), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Colours: Riboflavin.

Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans

Usage: For adults and children above 12 years old, 1 tablet daily.

Storage instructions: To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light. Keep away from children.

Cautions: Over 400mg of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
