Lamberts® CholineLiver Complex is a specialized nutritional formula that provides:

1. 100mg titrated milk thistle extract (equivalent to 3000mg of the herb’s fruit). The main active substance in the fruit of the milk thistle is silymarin. The extract used in Lamberts® Choline Liver Complex is titrated and is guaranteed to provide 80mg of silymarin per tablet.

2. 100mg of Choline per tablet: Although choline is not a vitamin in the strict sense of the term, it is traditionally classified in the vitamin B complex. Choline and its metabolites are involved in a wide range of metabolic and physiological functions. Of these, the most important biological function of choline is that it contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function*.The most important role of choline is in the normal functioning of the liver.

3. All of the B vitamins in high amounts. Almost every metabolic reaction in the body requires the presence of B vitamins, as they contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes designed to produce energy*. The B vitamins act synergistically, which is why the majority of health professionals recommend taking all B vitamins.
