Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a specially formulated high-potency B-vitamin complex that provides all B vitamins in high amounts combined with choline and inositol.

What sets the Methyl B Complex apart from other B complexes in our range is that it provides the metabolically active forms of folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.

Specifically, it provides:

Folic acid in the form of L-methylfolate calcium: L-methylfolate calcium is the metabolically active (methylated) form of folic acid.
Vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P): Pyridoxal 5-phosphate is the metabolically active form of vitamin B6 and is directly used by the body as it is immediately incorporated into metabolic reactions.
Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin: Methylcobalamin is the metabolically active form of vitamin B12, offering maximum absorption and bioavailability.

These specific micronutrients participate in homocysteine metabolism, contributing to the reduction of its levels*, while the use of metabolically active (methylated) forms ensures coverage even for individuals who have difficulty methylating them (due to polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene).

Directions +

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions +

Precautions: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Long-term use of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild numbness and tingling in the extremities.
