Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, DiCalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Iron (Ferrous Fumarate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Manganese Gluconate, Boron (Sodium Borate), Copper Gluconate, Selenium (L-Selenomethionine & Sodium Selenite), Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate.

Directions +

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake

Precautions +

Precautions: This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Over 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach upset. Reducing or dividing the intake throughout the day may help.
Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and dairy derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulfites.
