High-Absorption Magnesium Citrate in Powder Form

MagAsorb® Powder by Lamberts® is a magnesium citrate supplement in powder form, known for its high absorption and bioavailability. Magnesium citrate was specifically chosen for this formulation because of its enhanced solubility, which leads to better absorption and higher bioavailability compared to other magnesium salts.

Magnesium (as Citrate)	375mg

Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Citric Acid, Dextrin, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate), Flavourings, Anti-caking Agents (TriCalcium Phosphate & Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), Colour (Lutein).

Directions +

Adults: 1 scoop (5.5g) = 375mg of magnesium
Children 8–16 years: 2.5g = 170mg
Children 4–8 years: 1g = 68mg per day
(or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist)

Instructions for Use:Add to cold water. Can be taken with or without food.Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

A measuring scoop is included.

Precautions +

Precautions: Consumption of magnesium exceeding 400mg per day may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances in sensitive individuals.
