High-Absorption Magnesium Citrate in Powder Form

The powder form of this supplement was specifically chosen for individuals who require high doses of magnesium or have difficulty swallowing large tablets. A 5.5g scoop provides 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) for magnesium.

Συστατικά: Κιτρικό Mαγνήσιο, Κιτρικό Oξύ, Δεξτρίνη, Ρυθμιστής Οξύτητας (Ανθρακικό Νάτριο), Γεύση, Παράγοντας Αντισυσσωμάτωσης (Φωσφορικό Τριασβέστιο & Διοξείδιο του Πυριτίου), Γλυκαντική ουσία (Σουκραλόζη), Χρωστική (Λουτεΐνη).

Use +

Adults: 1 scoop (5.5g) = 375mg of magnesium
Children 8–16 years: 2.5g = 170mg
Children 4–8 years: 1g = 68mg per day
(or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist)

Instructions for Use:Add to cold water. Can be taken with or without food.Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

A measuring scoop is included.

Precautions:Consumption of magnesium exceeding 400mg per day may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances in sensitive individuals.
