The best-known biological activity of green tea is the enhancement of metabolism, as its polyphenols—particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)—contribute to fat oxidation, metabolic support, and body weight management*.

Lamberts® Green Tea 5000mg is a high-strength standardized extract of green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis). Each tablet is equivalent to half a liter of green tea, providing a guaranteed 250mg of polyphenols, of which 5–7% is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).

To ensure the high concentration and potency of the phytochemically active polyphenols, the extract is produced from whole young green tea leaves harvested before undergoing fermentation (the process that converts green tea into black tea). This method preserves the polyphenols at a high concentration and in their intact form (without being transformed), while also ensuring caffeine levels remain low.

The Green Tea 5000mg, like all Lamberts® products, is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP.

Directions +

Adults over 18 years old should take 1–2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions +

Precautions: Natural source of caffeine (25mg to 40mg per tablet). Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. Do not exceed 800mg of EGCG daily. Do not take with other products containing green tea. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, or sulfites.
