Collagen Perfecting Complex
Hydrolyzed Collagen with Biotin, Silicon & Vitamin C
Lamberts® Collagen Perfecting Complex is a complex of peptides of hydrolyzed collagen type I and III in combination with plant-derived silicon, biotin and vitamin C.
The hydrolyzed collagen peptides used in the manufacture of Lamberts® Collagen Perfecting Complex are a patented and clinically validated form of hydrolyzed porcine collagen called Verisol®. In published clinical studies (1,2) , a daily intake of 2.5g of Verisol® collagen peptides was accompanied by a 30% improvement in skin elasticity and a 50% improvement in the appearance of wrinkles (reduction in the number and depth of wrinkles).
In addition to hydrolyzed collagen peptides, Lamberts® Collagen Perfecting Complex contains:
– Pyridium: Silicon plays an important role (structural and functional) on connective tissue , as evidenced by the fact that the highest concentrations of silicon are found in organs that teem with connective tissue, such as bone, skin and blood vessels. The silicon in this formulation is of plant origin (produced from Bamboo Gum (Bambusa arundinacea) extract).
– Vitamin C. Vitamin C is extremely important for skin health as it contributes to the normal formation of collagen to protect cells from oxidative stress*.
– Biotin: Although a B vitamin, biotin’s role is not limited to metabolism, but extends to other physiological processes. In this way, it contributes to the maintenance of normal skin condition*.
In addition, it also contributes to the normal functioning of the body.
Collagen Perfecting Complex, like all Lamberts® formulations, is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.
