Lamberts Complete Gainer with Chocolate Flavor is a specially designed sports nutrition product containing a combination of high-quality, pure whey protein (Whey Concentrate & Isolate), complex carbohydrates, creatine, beta-alanine, and HMB.
Each 100g of this formula provides:
– Over 39g of pure protein (39.7g)
– 8.8g of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). The three BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are the primary building blocks for forming one-third of the total muscle protein in the body. Besides their important structural role, they serve as the main source of energy for muscles, being metabolized exclusively in muscle tissue.
– 34.8g of complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates aid in protein absorption and increase their bioavailability (thereby contributing to muscle tissue synthesis), as well as in restoring the body’s glycogen levels.
– 5g of pure creatine, which contributes to the increase of muscle mass, strength, and muscle power.
– 2g of beta-alanine, which contributes to the synthesis of carnosine and improves muscular performance.
– 1.5g of beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyric acid (HMB). HMB is a primary metabolite of leucine that prevents muscle catabolism following exercise.
In addition to the above, oats and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) have been added for gradual carbohydrate absorption and maintenance of energy levels for a longer period.
Complete Gainer:
– Can be used as a meal replacement, either between main meals or as a full replacement for a main meal.
– Can be used after training programs aimed at increasing muscle mass as part of recovery (replenishing protein and energy levels).
– Can be co-administered with Multi Guard® Sport or any other product from Lamberts’ sports nutrition line, depending on the athlete’s needs.
The powder is easily soluble and has a pleasant chocolate flavor.
