Combination of Evening Primrose Oil & Starflower Oil

Evening Primrose Oil is one of the few natural sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is a polyunsaturated Omega-6 fatty acid with a wide range of biological actions, as it is a precursor molecule of prostaglandin PGE1. Although the body can synthesize GLA, this is often insufficient, making dietary intake necessary.

GLA is frequently recommended for women during menstruation and menopause.

Extra High Potency Evening Primrose Oil is a high-strength, high-purity combination of Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil, providing 120 mg of GLA per capsule. The addition of Starflower Oil enhances the final product’s GLA content.
