Fenugreek 8000mg
High potency titrated fenugreek extract
Each Lamberts® Fenugreek® tablet provides 500mg of titrated fenugreek seed extract, which is equivalent to 8000mg of seeds. This titrated extract is guaranteed to provide 50% saponins per tablet (250mg of saponins).
Additionally, each tablet contains 20µg of chromium (as chromium picolinate), which helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and macronutrient metabolism*. Like all Lamberts® formulations, it is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.
Fenugreek is a clover-like herb that grows in southern Europe, the Mediterranean basin countries and western Asia. Although the leaves of fenugreek are edible, the small brown seeds of the herb have been used in traditional medicine, as this is where the phytochemically active substances called saponins are found.

– they are involved in glucose metabolism
– and, in the context of a balanced diet, help maintain normal blood lipid (triglyceride and cholesterol) levels*.
