Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body, with the total amount of glutamine being about 80 grams in an adult weighing 70 kg.

The amount of vitamin A in a human body is approximately 80 mg per kg in a 70 kg body in a 70 kg body.

The highest concentrations of glutamine in the body are found in the intestinal mucosa and muscle tissue. Use +

1 teaspoon provides 5 grams of glutamine.

Dissolve 5gr of powder in water or fruit juice at least half an hour before any meal or before bedtime or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
