Rapid release theanine for immediate action

Theanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid, which is found in high concentrations in green tea. It is responsible for the unique taste and mildly relaxing effect of green tea. The relaxing properties of theanine are attributed to an increase in the neurotransmitter GABA and alpha waves in the brain.

Each Lamberts® L-Theanine capsule provides 200mg of theanine in free form , ready to be absorbed by the body, without requiring its breakdown by digestive enzymes. In addition, the capsules are rapid release, allowing for immediate release, absorption and action of theanine.

Συστατικά: Εκχύλισμα Πράσινου Τσαγιού (Camellia sinensis), Περίβλημα Κάψουλας (Υδροξυπροπυλο Μεθυλοκυτταρίνη), Διογκωτικός Παράγοντας (Καστανό Ρυζάλευρο), Παράγοντες Αντισυσσωμάτωσης (Στεατικό Oξύ & Διοξείδιο του Πυριτίου).

Use +

Adults over 18 years of age, take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Προφυλάξεις +

Precautions: Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed 800mg EGCG per day. Do not take with other products containing green tea.

Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish and sulfites.
