L-Tyrosine 500mg

High purity & free form tyrosine

Tyrosine is a semi-essential amino acid, as it is synthesised from phenylalanine in the liver when its dietary intake is insufficient. Tyrosine is a precursor molecule of extremely important metabolites such as thyroid hormones, DOPA, melanin and catecholamines (adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine), thus playing an important role in the body’s homeostasis.

It is worth noting that tyrosine is not found in large quantities in the body because it is metabolized rapidly.

Each Lamberts® L – Tyrosine capsule provides 500mg of tyrosine in free form , ready to be absorbed by the body, without requiring its breakdown by digestive enzymes.

Like all Lamberts® formulations, it is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.
