As with all Lamberts® gummy supplements, Magnesium Citrate Gummies:

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fiber are used both as a sweetening agent and as a gelatin substitute. FOS are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in various vegetables such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, with most of them serving as a nutritional substrate for the growth of the gut’s natural microbiota, especially bacteria from the Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus genera.

Directions +

Adults chew 1 to 2 gummies daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Precautions +
