Lamberts® Methyl Folate 400µg is a specialized folic acid supplement, as the chemical form of folate it contains is L-methylfolate calcium.

L-methylfolate calcium is the metabolically active (methylated) form of folic acid. This ensures adequate metabolic support for all individuals, including those who are unable to methylate folic acid (due to polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene).

Like all Lamberts® products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Ingredients: DiCalcium Phosphate, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid (Calcium-L-methylfolate).

Directions +

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
