Multivitamin without Iodine & Iron

Multi-Guard® Iron Free is a specialized multivitamin designed to meet the nutritional needs of individuals for whom iron and iodine supplementation is not recommended.

The reasons for avoiding iron supplementation range widely, from reduced nutritional requirements (e.g., postmenopausal women and men over 50 years old) to individuals who experience gastrointestinal disturbances after taking iron or suffer from disorders of iron metabolism (such as iron overload).

Despite the absence of iron and iodine, Multi-Guard® Iron Free is a comprehensive formula of vitamins and trace elements, providing 22 micronutrients at clinically adequate levels. Among these, particular emphasis is placed on the B-complex vitamins, which contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes involved in energy production, as well as vitamins C, A, D, and zinc, which support the normal functioning of the immune system*.

Additionally, Multi-Guard® Iron Free contains two of the most important carotenoids for human health: lutein and zeaxanthin. Carotenoids are natural pigments with a structure and activity similar to that of vitamin A. They are the molecules responsible for the yellow, orange, and red colors in most plant-based foods (fruits and vegetables). Both lutein and zeaxanthin play a significant role in eye health*, as they are found in high concentrations in the macula of the retina.

Like all Lamberts® products, Multi-Guard® Iron Free is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Use +

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Προφυλάξεις +

Precautions: A yellow discoloration of the urine may occur—this is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulphites.
