Myo-Inositol

Myoinositol in powder form for personalized supplementation

Myo-inositol is one of the nine isomers of inositol, a vitamin-like compound classified within the B-complex group (also known as vitamin B8). It is produced endogenously in the body and can also be found in a variety of foods such as fruits, legumes, and nuts. Myo-inositol plays an important role as a key structural component of numerous secondary messengers.

In recent years, it has been extensively studied for its involvement in the insulin signaling pathway and its potential benefits in managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Lamberts® Myo-Inositol Powder is 100% natural, highly soluble, and has a pleasant taste, offering an easy way to take the daily 4g dose — the dosage most commonly used in clinical studies.

Like all Lamberts® products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom in accordance with the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
