Directions +

For individuals who consume 2 servings of fish per week, 1 capsule daily with a meal is recommended.

For individuals who do not consume any fish, 2–3 capsules daily with a meal are recommended, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
