Osteoguard® Advance is a specially formulated supplement for bone health, containing calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2. The key features in the design of Osteoguard® Advance include:

  1. The choice of mineral salt forms ensures maximum possible absorption and bioavailability: The mineral salt forms in Osteoguard® Advance are selected to guarantee maximum absorption and bioavailability. Specifically, the calcium salt in this formulation is a mixture of calcium carbonate and calcium citrate, while the magnesium salt is a mixture of magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, and magnesium hydroxide.

  2. The selection of the ideal calcium/magnesium ratio: The calcium/magnesium ratio in Osteoguard® Advance is 2:1, as this ratio further enhances calcium absorption by the intestinal mucosa.

As with all Lamberts® formulations containing K2, the vitamin K2 in Osteoguard® Advance is in its natural form (menaquinone/MK-7). Unlike competing products that use K2 derived from natto (a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans), Lamberts® K2 is produced from chickpeas through a special fermentation process.

This ensures that our product does not contain soy allergens or milk by-products as dietary allergens. Like all Lamberts® products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.
