Lamberts® Pea Protein is a high potency and purity pea protein formulation. The extraction process and the use of fresh peas increases the protein content of the product from 6% to 90%. In addition, the unique manufacturing process ensures the production of protein with high solubility ,absorption and bioavailability.
Pea was chosen as the source of the protein production because the amino acid profile it provides is excellent. In particular, peas are rich in “branched-chain amino acids” (leucine, isoleucine and valine) and at the same time are the richest plant source of arginine.
