Lamberts® Pea Protein is a high potency and purity pea protein formulation. The extraction process and the use of fresh peas increases the protein content of the product from 6% to 90%. In addition, the unique manufacturing process ensures the production of protein with high solubility ,absorption and bioavailability.

Pea was chosen as the source of the protein production because the amino acid profile it provides is excellent. In particular, peas are rich in “branched-chain amino acids” (leucine, isoleucine and valine) and at the same time are the richest plant source of arginine.

Directions +

Generally 20 grams of powder daily, measured as 2 heaping teaspoons, is recommended.

Athletes: Protein contributes* to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This product can be used as a source of extra protein by athletes. Depending on the amount of protein derived from the diet, 20 or 40 grams of Pea Protein can be taken. * REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012

People with reduced appetite or in recovery: 20 grams of powder daily is recommended, in combination with a balanced/healthy diet and possibly a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement.
