Premtesse® is a high-potency multivitamin formula, specially designed for women of reproductive age. It contains 20 micronutrients for comprehensive nutritional coverage, with particular emphasis on those that play a significant role in female physiology.

Specifically, in the recommended dose of 2 tablets daily, it provides adequate/high amounts of:

Chromium: Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels* and thereby aids in reducing intense sugar cravings during menstruation.
Magnesium: Magnesium is an extremely important mineral for the homeostasis of the female body, as it is involved in many physiological functions. Specifically, it contributes to normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, muscles, and metabolic processes aimed at energy production, thereby reducing tiredness and fatigue*. In this way, it alleviates many symptoms associated with menstruation.
Iron: Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells*, helping to replenish the blood lost during menstruation.
Zinc: Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and protects cells from oxidative stress*.

In addition to the above, Premtesse® provides adequate levels of vitamins A, C, and D for the normal functioning of the immune system*.

Use +

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Προφυλάξεις +

Precautions:Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains iron, and exceeding the recommended dosage may be harmful, especially to young children. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Individuals taking oral anticoagulants should not take these tablets unless directed by their doctor. A harmless yellow discoloration of the urine may occur, indicating the body is eliminating excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Long-term use of vitamin B6 may lead to numbness or tingling sensations in the extremities.
