Selenium 200μg A+C+E is a high-strength selenium supplement, providing 200μg of elemental selenium per tablet, combined with high levels of vitamins A, C, and E.

Like selenium, vitamins A, C, and E are well known for their antioxidant properties, as they contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress*.

Ingredients: Bulking Agents (DiCalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Vitamin A Acetate, Selenium (L-Selenomethionine & Sodium Selenite).

Directions +

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
