Lamberts® Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex contains 200mg of theanine in free form combined with a significant amount of 6000mg of lemon balm (as a titrated extract) and three B vitamins (folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid).

These vitamins contribute to normal cognitive function and normal functioning of the nervous system* .

Theanine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid, which is found in high concentrations in green tea. It is responsible for the unique taste and mildly relaxing effect of green tea. The relaxing properties of theanine are attributed to an increase in the neurotransmitter GABA and alpha waves in the brain.

Meadowsweet has a long history of use in traditional medicine as a sedative and muscle relaxant herb, with more recent studies demonstrating utility in improving attention and memory*.

Use +

Adults over 18 years of age, take 2 capsules daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions: Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed 800mg EGCG per day. Do not take with other products containing green tea.
