The Lamberts® Zinc 25mg provides 25mg of elemental zinc in the form of zinc citrate salt.

Zinc citrate was chosen because this salt has increased solubility, resulting in enhanced absorption and bioavailability. Additionally, zinc citrate is associated with a lower likelihood of causing gastrointestinal discomfort.

Like all Lamberts® products, Zinc 25mg is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Zinc (as Citrate)	25mg

Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Zinc Citrate, Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate).

Directions +

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions +

Precautions: Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause some minor digestive disturbance such as nausea. Should this be the case it is recommend that the zinc supplement is taken with a meal.
Long term intake of 25mg or above may lead to anaemia.

Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (or milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulfites.
