Lamberts, in collaboration with Project Agora, was awarded at the recent Best in Pharmacy Awards for its successful utilization of Retail Media on the Open Web.
Lamberts recognized the need for personalized and automated advertising for its products. For this reason, it partnered with Project Agora to develop an advertising product that would demonstrably create value for each user in a safe environment.
Project Agora’s Off-Retailer service is a unique offering in Greece that brings Retail Media to the Open Web in an automated manner. The Off-Retailer targets visitors to an e-pharmacy with proven buying intent, displaying ads within Project Agora’s premium, brand-safe publisher network. By following the consumer’s purchasing pattern, it enhances brand memorability and product recall, guiding users back to the e-pharmacy to complete their purchase.
Over a period of 4 months, Lamberts displayed its products more than 155,000 times to users who had visited its partner pharmacies within the Project Agora network, significantly exceeding its targets. Specifically, it recorded a 10% higher Viewable Click Through Rate (vCTR) compared to its initial goal and more than double the Add to Cart Rate.
