WHY LAMBERTS
The 2 main advantages of Lamberts, are Efficacy and Safety.
All our product formulations are based on an in-depth understanding of the latest nutritional research with our strategy being to develop only those products that are supported by a valid scientific rationale.
We understand that in practice, results depend upon getting the right dosage and we have developed our entire product range around this philosophy.
We choose the chemical structure of the active ingredient in the right formulation (tablet – capsule – powder) in order to achieve the best bioavailability of the active ingredient
The nutrients used in supplements are available in lots of different grades ranging from high purity grades for human clinical nutrition through to the grades used in pet foods and farm animal feeds. We use the pharmaceutical grades, the grades designed for human nutrition. So for example our vitamins are either British Pharmacopeia (BP) or United States Pharmacopeia (USP) grades, both of which are tightly defined specifications of purity and potency.
We use a process of routine chemical analysis, in order to ensure that all natural ingredients used in our supplements are absent of environmental contamination (Aflatoxins, Antibiotics, Genetically Modified, Irradiated Ingredients, Heavy metals, etc.), or at least are well below the permitted levels.
Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is a classification for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to strict quality standards. It covers all aspects of pharmaceutical production; from the raw materials, premises and equipment, right through to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Without GMP it is impossible to be sure that every batch of supplements is of the same high quality as the original and there becomes the risk of unexpected contamination, incorrect labels on pots and insufficient or too much ingredients. This is why we insist that all Lamberts® products are produced in premises that operate to these stringent pharmaceutical standards of GMP. The Department of Health also approves the premises we use.
For our packaging, we use non-transparent material of HDPE (High-density polyethylene) Plastic Box, in order to avoid oxidation of micronutrients.
All our products are made, tested and packed in the UK
Lamberts® means ‘Quality’. We are proud to use the best ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives. Traditionally excipients have been described as ‘inactive’ ingredients as they provide little, if any, nutritional value to the body. However, these ingredients are essential in the accurate manufacturing of tablets, capsules and liquids. All of the excipients Lamberts® chooses to use are approved by the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
