The plant-derived enzymes are of high quality and are characterised by a significantly reduced possibility of contamination compared to animal-derived enzymes. In addition, plant enzymes are characterised by high bioavailability and a significantly reduced likelihood of causing hypersensitivity reactions and gastrointestinal disorders.
