Quercetin is one of the most biologically active flavonoids. Flavonoids belong to the polyphenol family, which includes over 5,000 compounds, many of which have been the focus of extensive scientific research.<\/p>\n

Quercetin is found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, with the highest concentrations present in apples and onions.<\/p>\n
