Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) include valine, leucine and isoleucine. The side chain of BCAAs is branched, which is the reason for their nomenclature

The branching of the BCAAs, which is why they are called by their name.

Each Lamberts® BCAA tablet provides the three branched-chain amino acids in free form , ready to be absorbed by the body, without requiring their breakdown by digestive enzymes. In addition, the ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine is 2:1:1 which is considered to be the optimal ratio for activating protein synthesis.

The optimum optimum level of protein synthesis is to be found at the optimal level of protein synthesis.

Like all Lamberts® formulations , it is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.

BCAAs are the most abundant of the essential amino acids, as most proteins ingested in the diet contain about 15%-20% of them. This percentage corresponds to 35% of the daily requirement of essential amino acids.

This is about 35% of the necessary amount of essential minerals needed to meet our dietary needs.

Great interest in BCAA`s is shown by sports doctors and sports nutritionists, since they are the only amino acids that are metabolized in muscles, making up 33% of muscle tissue protein.

Use +

Take 6 capsules daily with water or fruit juice or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping.
