Histidine is an amino acid with a characteristic chemical structure, which is responsible for its unique biochemical properties such as chelation of metal ions (such as copper and zinc) and neutralisation of free radicals. In addition to its unique biological properties due to its particular chemical structure, histidine is a precursor molecule in the synthesis of histamine.

Each Lamberts® L-Histidine HCI capsule provides 500mg of histidine hydrochloride in free form , ready to be absorbed by the body, without requiring its breakdown by digestive enzymes.

Like all Lamberts® formulations , it is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP) standards.

Use +

Take 1-6 capsules daily with water or fruit juice or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or sleeping.
