Osteoguard® is a comprehensive formula designed to support bone health, providing adequate amounts of:

  • Calcium

  • Magnesium

  • Vitamin D3

  • Vitamin K1

  • Boron

Calcium, magnesium, and the vitamins D3 and K1 are essential micronutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.*
Vitamin D3 also plays a key role in calcium homeostasis, helping maintain normal blood calcium levels.*

The boron in Osteoguard® is a trace mineral involved in bone metabolism, and it is often found to be lacking in postmenopausal women.

Based on the content of Osteoguard®, which includes calcium, magnesium, vitamin K1, vitamin D3, and boron:

  • Taking one tablet daily is recommended as a dietary supplement for individuals following a typical diet.

  • Taking two tablets daily is advised for individuals with a diet low in dairy products or for postmenopausal women, who may have increased nutritional needs for bone health.

Osteoguard® can be effectively combined with other multivitamin formulas.
Like all Lamberts® products, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom under strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Use +
