Lamberts® Zinc 15mg provides 15mg of elemental zinc in the form of zinc citrate.

Zinc citrate was selected because this salt form offers increased solubility and, as a result, is characterized by enhanced absorption and bioavailability. Additionally, zinc citrate is associated with a lower likelihood of causing gastrointestinal discomfort.

Like all Lamberts® products, Zinc 15mg is manufactured in the United Kingdom in accordance with strict Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Zinc (as Citrate)	15mg

Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Calcium Carbonate & Cellulose), Zinc Citrate, Modified Starch, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid).

Directions +

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions +

Precautions: Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause some minor digestive disturbance such as nausea. Should this be the case it is recommend that the zinc supplement is taken with a meal.
Long term intake of 25mg or above may lead to anaemia.
Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulfites.
